Course Objectives

ABC’s trained professional Instructors are available to students for assistance 24/7. The State of Tennessee requires ninety (90) hours of a commissioner-approved training program or course. The Inspector must pass a commissioner-approved Exam administered by the state. You maintain and file with the board proof of General Liability insurance coverage in the amount of $500,000 and Errors and Omissions insurance coverage (no limit specified). Submit a Home Inspector application and fees. Remember, proper training is absolutely essential.
